Ah, yes. This shall be the introduction of myself and my family I suppose.
My name is Queen Jaili Taewei Traenionea, daughter of King Brachei Normwia Traenionea IV. I live in the city of Belrau which is located in the heart of the faerie kingdom of Jewali. I am in my last year of scholarly lessons. My father says I should be a well rounded Queen, so I must be diligent in my studies. I have no siblings. This means that the members of my fathers High Council must find ways to entertain me, as though I am a child.

The Only Thing I See

I give you now my hand
We’ll walk in to the right
I’ll watch the sea sway upon the sand
Watch over me, in peace, tonight

For I am ready to receive You
For I am ready to believe in You
I can feel the death around me
But I am not afraid to die

Cause all who believe in You
All who thirst and drink Your water
Shall never die
Shall always live
And that’s the way I’m walking on
With all my soul to give

The Boy With The Basket

Once upon a time there lived a boy named Michael Grant, who was the youngest of three children. He was ten years old, and his two oldest sisters were sixteen, and twelve; their names were Philomena and Edith. He had a mother and father, whose names were Marie and Luke Grant. Michael also had a Saint Bernard dog, who was two and a half years old. The Grant family lived in a cabin, with a farm, surrounded by woods and lakes and a clear sky.

A Nightmare

A nightmare
We did not know
What to do. It was
Like hell on earth,
But we were brave.
Many young souls
Were spared, young souls were lost,
but God was with us
And all the shouting
Was music to us!
BAGNG BOOM!
Was all that could
Be heard!
God is by our side.

Diary of a Faerie Queen, June 12th

June 12th,

Today of all days had to be my birthday. Why, oh, why do these horrid days have to come?
Oh, I know what you are thinking, 'She is such a pretty girl and she is finally turning sixteen. She should be happy.' But, sorry as I am to say, I am quite disappointed that today is my birthday. You see, since I live here in this city, Belrau, and I am the Kings daughter, I should, no, I must take control of the throne. How I long to be just a peasants daughter. No worries, just time to spend with my family.

A True Sacrifice

Submitted by Edith on Mon, 07/02/2007 - 17:40

How did You, O God
Walk that rocky road?
With the worlds sin upon Your head
And hear the lies they told?

I wonder if you even thought
Once about Your pain
Or did You think of me, dear God
Of all my sin and shame?

Of all the steps You took
All for sin, and me
Every step – every pebble
Meant closer to Calvary.

How many times do we
Think of that each day
Excuses are all we give
Excuses are all we say.
