Submitted by j. Glen pollard on Tue, 10/28/2014 - 00:53

(Verse 1)
Where should I go?
I am betwix two paths
Having the desire to pursue my LORD
It’s for the King I am fighting for

(Chorus)
Where You go I will follow
Trailing like a second shadow
As I read Your Word I will grow
I’ll stand by You all my days
Every day I will say
Direct the Way!

(Verse 2)
From my great confusion
(Jesus) You deliver out of peril
You put my feet on solid ground
Stray from You I will never

Where You go I will follow
Trailing like a second shadow
As I read Your Word I will grow
I’ll stand by You all my days
Every day I will say
Direct the Way!

(Bridge)
I won’t lean on my own knowledge
You are Holy, Messiah, I AM
Thru the valleys of the shadows
You can keep movin’ on I’ll will always follow (3xs)

Where You go I will follow
Trailing like a second shadow
As I read Your Word I will grow!
I’ll stand by You all my days
Every day I will say..
Direct the Way!

I like it! Every Christian's heart should be singing it.
One thought I had was that when you say "Stray from you I will never" our hearts are deceitfully wicked: we do stray but God brings us back. But I know that when rhyming (especially when matching a tune) it is hard to say everything as fully as we like. So I am not saying for you to go back and change anything (by any means!), just adding a thought.
God bless you!
Keep up the good works.

Pretty much. I love the mixture folk and pop because of the vintage folk has and the upbeat style that pop has. And, well, since this is a Christian song, I make it Christian folk-pop! :D

"The trip is a difficult one. I will not be myself when I reach you."-When I Reach Me.

Yes, I definitely love the folk beat, and celtic too! To me they are sort of related. :) I play the fiddle and I sing, so celtic and folk (country too) and anything Christian for me! You can't go wrong with Christian anything. ;) Except for rock and rap. Definitely NOT a fan of those styles, although if my conscience would let me. I could enjoy them.
