Chapter 10

Jack looked around. Where had Aalen gone?
Glancing back at Alegis, Jack walked out into the woods.
it was amazing, only an hour ago Jack was dodging dragon tail, and now Alegis was his best friend.
Jack started. He heard a stick snap. "Aalen? Is that you? Alegis?"
"Nope." said Nordic Malushomo.
"Alegis!" Jack fell. Pierced by an arrow.

Nomen jumped. “Where did that arrow come from?”
“A bow.” said Aalen.
Kalen looked around. “Who fired the bow Aalen?”
“A mercenary, working for Nordic.”

Debating Evolution

Submitted by William Andrews on Sun, 06/26/2011 - 04:43

Hi everyone, here is a debate I had online via MSN Instant Messenger about 6 months ago with an evolutionist named Keith. The only modification to the debate has been to fix a few spelling errors.  I realise that a few spots will be hard to follow because of the way MSN is used, but most of it is easily followable. It kind of seems to start off in the middle of a discussion and the reason is because we had had a debate the previous day, and this debate was a continuation of it. Unfortunately I had not saved the first debate. So, here it is, enjoy and comment!

Hang in there, please. I'll try to post (at least) one chapter a week. Maybe two if there's not other stuff I want to share. SO...feedback please, would be appreciated! ;D

Chicks for sale-Brearded Belguin D'ucles and Bantam Cochins

Submitted by Micheala on Fri, 06/24/2011 - 15:56

Well I walked out the chicken house this morning and found it teeming with flufy blue and tan chicks. So my mother has been buging me again about selling some my feathered friends so I've decieded to start with these sweet things. (That way I don't have to sell my favorites like the D'ucles's grandfather Commador who won Reserve Champion at the Barry County Fair a few years back or my delightfully fluffy cochin rooster Soggy and his hens Wet and Damp.)

So a little info on the breeds:

Taylor: Erin, you're holding the sacred map upside down!

Erin: Thou beeth a liar!!! *sneakily turns map right side up* See! It is correct! I am a genius!

Taylor: BAH! You tried to hide that sneeky move from me, but I saw you turn it over! You fool! You've gotten us lost in this vast, abysstuious forest!

Erin: *Sniffs huffily* Don't be a fool! Abysstuious isn't a word!!!!

Neighbor Boys III

“That was right over the plate!” came a screech from right field, by a peach tree in scarlet blossom, and my hands lost their grip on the bat.

“She’s going to be out in a second - what’s the point of continuing?”

“Are you actually even trying, Sarah?”

“She couldn’t hit it if it was in slow motion!”

Hearing these words, I felt like a nightmare was beginning and suddenly not only were my hands jello but my head started to lose its grip on itself, too.

The pitcher, the youngest and most tender neighbor, gazed at me, serenely confident and without mercy.
