Dream On: Chapter 1

Chapter One: Dream Land Drames had always been curious as to how the Dream Land actually looked, but his unspoken fears overruled his curiosity. Now, he glances around and glimpses… nothing. There is nothing to be seen in front of him. There is nothing to be seen anywhere. Then, out of nothing, a light appears in the far reaches of the Dream Land. Drames squints his eyes, straining to see past the nothingness and into the light which steadily grew larger.

In fifteen minutes, at midnight on the thirteenth of Delution, the Guabancexian Parliament will execute the infamous criminal River Song.

The Guabancexian Parliament believes that I am River Song.

I place my hand above my left breast to feel the heart beating fast enough to power a spaceship. But there’s nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. I am in a cage of glass, less than a meter wide and two tall. Just enough room for me and my executioner.
