What Secrets Are Kept In The Heart Of A Queen

She paused and took a deep breath. Jack looked up into her face with a plea.
“Please, Aunty Sue,” the lad implored, “don't say that's the end.” She smiled at his eager brown eyes and placed a soft, wrinkled hand on his brow.
“It is, child,” returned Aunty Sue. “Stories don't last forever.”
“Do you have another one, I hope?” said Jack, not without a small sigh, for he was resigning himself to his fate. She thought for a moment, black eyes twinkling behind the round glasses.

Adventures in Narnia

Thanks for the idea, Bernadette! I love Narnia. The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe movie is fantastic! And as are the books, of course! (I was disappointed in Prince Caspian-so far off the book!)

So anywho, this is my adventure in Narnia.

Dawn Treader Fan Script Scene by me

Note: I changed it from the book a lot, and they realized that the water turned matter into gold too soon. If you see any other mistakes, form typos to plot points, don't be afraid to criticize!

The scene is a tranquil one. The stream flows over the rocks, trickling into an abysmal pool. The lush grass is a glowing green, and the trees are drooping under the wight of exotic fruit that fills the air with a strange perfume. Caspian, Eustace, Edmund, Lucy, and Reepicheep walk among the springy, berry-laden bushes. Lucy starts, stops, takes a deep breath, and frowns.

Forevermore: A poem of Narnia

He is magnificent,
Brave and a leader.
Eldest in age,
His name is Peter.
His sword is bright,
His shield is red,
And the mighty wolf
He struck, quite dead.
In England a boy,
In Narnia a man.
O the deeds he wrought
In that faraway land.
With the Witch and King Miraz
He fought and he wrested.
One couldn’t kill him,
The other he bested.
Too soon he grew up,
No more could he visit
That world he loved;
He knew he would miss it.

Wearing Borrowed Wings - Inspired by the Chronicles of Narnia

I am just a stone
I was not meant to fly.
The sunken ships and fallen stars
Have landed where I lie.

Lion of the sky,
Why would you leave your throne?
And land among the fallen stars
To see a simple stone?

Falling through the blue
To where you are the sky.
Leaning on your golden wings
And learning how to fly.

I am just a stone
Wearing borrowed wings
One hour in the sky with you
Is quite enough for me.

If you have read The Last Battle you will know that soon after Prince Caspian Susan no longer believed in Narnia. This is a story about what it might have been like in the Pevensie household. So sad...

A Narnian Coronation

Submitted by Elizabeth on Sat, 11/10/2007 - 21:34

The trumpets blare!
The heralds sing!
The banners flared!
The eagle’s wing!

Hail King Peter!
Hail Queen Susan!
Hail King Edmund!
Hail Queen Lucy!

The Magnificent!
The Gentle!
The Just!
The Brave!

From Spare Oom they came
From a journey of peril
From battle fame
They come now to Cair Paravel!

May the reign!
May they rule!
May they prosper!
May they have fame!

Hail the kings and queens!

The Prophecy

I’m afraid this will take forever
As I try to explain it all
But one thing I can say
And the world will shatter
If you do not answer your call;
You were called to a place
Filled with magic and despair
You were called to a place
Where even the trees aren’t fair;
But no matter what you do
He’s breathing there with you
So don’t give up just yet
We need you now.
