This is the land of Freedom and Justice
or is it?
where we swear under God.

Under God we stand
a nation once rose tall
yet if our sins we keep
our nation soon will fall.

Prophets of today
stand up and tell us plain
'a nation who slaughters her children
never more will gain.'

Still we press on forward
"rights" for each and all
yet in the hurry to let each do as he will
we forget the rights of the small.

more than bloodied scars
more than the wounds and mars

better than a joyful song
better than the happy throng

is the freedom cry

louder than the plea for help
louder then the cry itself

passion fiercer than the shots
passion greater than the thoughts

is the freedom cry

something that my heart inflates
something that my soul translates

something that my mind holds dear
something more important than the years

this the freedom cry

**Inspired by another dream I had, about two years ago... I never forgot it. It needed to be written down, in some form...**

It’s a three legged stool of control.

They’ve taken the second leg, and they’re after the third.
