Catching Dragonflies

Catching dragonflies can be great fun, and is very simple too. There are many different reasons to catch them. Some people do it to take pictures, while others do it to observe the insects’ behavior. There is one important rule, though, that should be followed: be extremely careful not to harm the dragonfly. Remember, God told us to take dominion over His creation, which means we are caretakers, not destroyers.

How to Catch a Cold

To catch a cold,
to catch a chill:
I needed several things,
and you most certainly also will

You'll need some spider's webs
to make the perfect net
You'll need some bait:
warm cereal, preferably wet

You'll need some gloves,
and a camouflage hat,
so the cold doesn't see you,
or smell you and that

You'll want some cheese and crackers,
and a feather from a bird,
set up your trap, and then
do not say a word

The Biggest Dragon

Today I fought a dragon--
I fought it!
And then I caught the dragon--
Yes, yes, I caught it!

Sound the trumpets,
have a parade,
reward me with crumpets and lemonade!
Becuase I fought a dragon!

The dragon was big and mean,
his scales were shiny and green,
but then I fought him,
and then I caught him!

Throw me a ball
here at the palace
for I rid the kingdom of all evil and malice!
When I fought the dragon!
