Jimbos lament for Laura

Submitted by Emma Katherine on Mon, 05/12/2014 - 02:28

Earlier, James (3 yrs) was looking for his oldest sister, Laura, (who is on AP) :) and he found out she was at wal-mart, he was so upset that he cried :'( so I wrote this, enjoy :)

Oh Laura, I know not where thou art,
Last I heard, thou wast at wal-mart,
To pick up a phone charger,
Yet since then, I wear pants two sizes larger.
This waiting drives me crazy,
My count of the days has gotten hazy,
Nights I wait, in silence weep,
Ever waiting till at last I sleep.
Dearest, thou hast left me alone,
Looking east at the place the sun first shone.
When shalt thou come back,
Must I always my sister lack?
I will ever wait for thee,
Ever hoping thou wilt come back to me.
