So, it's recently been brought to my attention that there are Downton Abbey fans on AP. And, after completing the third season last night, I felt the need to discuss it with fellow....what do you call Downton Abbey fans? I have no idea! But, with my fellow, equally obsessed Downton fans.

I don't know how many of you will see this, since the title is so odd, so I'll make another post a little later just about this. But I wanted to say, as my 3-year Apricotpie anniversary approaches TOMORROW, a giant THANK. YOU.

First of all, to Kassady, for giving me the link to this AMAZING site. Second, to James, for keeping it open when it threatened to close in October of 2010. And third, to every single one of you who has commented, critiqued, praised, and been honest and wonderful to me. Because of you, my writing has improved by leaps and bounds. It still has a ways to go, and I doubt it'll ever be perfect, but I owe a lot to you guys. <3 So thank you for that.

A special shout-out to a few that have read many pieces of my writing, and made me smile several times.

Just a huge, "THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!" to everyone who has ever commented and eventually propelled me to Monthly Writer status. I've posted well over a hundred pieces on here, and it's a pleasure to be able to look back at my very first post, 1093 (1904 TOMORROW!) days ago, and see how much has changed.

It's amazing how much writing can change, and really, how much it affects you. There are things I'd never say aloud, but I never fear to put it in writing. And I always feel like I can post it on here.
