I'm drifting away from most all my friends

One by one, we're starting to end

Is it me or is it them?

People I would always defend

Turn and tease, unknowing offend

Is it me, or is it them?

I'd like for each problem to mend

I'd like to to connect again

Is it me or is it them?

I'm drifting away from most all my friends

A very true poem. The same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. I had friends I had known since I was about four and we just kind of grew apart, I suppose. But it's funny, my best friend (Tayme on this site) and I have known each other since I was about four, and we've grown together as me and my others have grown apart.

I completely know what you mean! My best friend for eight years and I sort of broke up our friendship because we had grown apart. But I made new friends, one of them being Kassady on AP, and she is an amazing friend. You'll find some more friends who have more in common with you, I promise!! :-) Really sweet poem

That felt kind of sad though.... I likied how it all rymed! Very Pretty.

Thanks so much Homey! your a good friend! Amazing!

This was really good!
