Hush little baby don’t say a word.

Momma’s gonna buy you a mocking bird.

To make you smile, to bring you joy But that’s not enough for her little boy.   Hush little baby, please don’t you cry Momma’s gonna sing you a lullaby To sooth your fears, to ease your pain But she knows she can’t stop the rain.   Hush little baby, I know you are scared But momma will help you to be prepared. When disease takes its toll and you’re sick in bed Momma will be there to kiss your head.   Hush little baby when you think alone you stand Momma will be there holding your hand. And when you’re face to face with death Momma will hold you ‘til your last breath.   Now hush please momma, I’m alright Thank you for loving me through day and night. Pease don’t miss me too much while I’m gone, I’m watching over you from now on.

Oh wow. This made me want to cry! I love the tune and everything too.

That's so sad!  It's so pretty though.  I almost wanted to cry too.
