If you look in my drawers
Second to right
You will see all of my socks Some dark and some bright. You will find yellow and red And green and blue You will also find purple stripes, I’m very fond of those too. Sometimes they have to get washed Because they get dirty when I play. But something mysterious happened On a very strange day. I put all my socks in the washer And waited for it to be done. But when I opened the door to look, All my socks seemed to have gone! Who could have done this? I then knew what I had to do. I would have to be a detective. Like playing a game of Clue. I checked my room and under the bed, I even searched my cat. They were not in the closet nor the bathroom, Not even under the doormat! I thought they might be in my brother’s room, But his door and 15 locks! Then a horrifying idea came to me, The washer ate my socks! Yes that was it, What else could it be? Nobody else was in the house. I thought it was just me. But then I heard a laugh And then another Then three! I go to my little sister’s room, Where I didn’t even bother to look. And sure enough there she was Wearing all of my socks, and reading a book.Genre
Hehehe! Very funny! I have
Hehehe! Very funny! I have the same problem with losing my socks, except my sister doesn't end up having them and I am left shaking my head. I have funally come to the conclusion that our house is inhabited by a troop of gremlins. No joke...I am totally serious!
Gremlins from the Kremlin :P
