The three writers from the past who are dearest to me are: John Bunyan, Christina Rossetti, and Soren Kierkegaard, and I think the greatest writer in the English language is William Shakespeare. My favourite Shakespeare play is The Merchant of Venice.
My favourite non-Shakespearean play is Oscar Wilde's An Ideal Husband.
My favourite fairy tale is Snow White.
My favourite opera is Hänsel und Gretel.
My favourite classical composer is Mozart.
My favourite film actor is Buster Keaton.
My favourite book (aside from the inspired word of God) is Works of Love, by Soren Kierkegaard.
And he was just wondering, for he was a severe critic of his own work, whether that last line couldn't be polished up a bit...
