Whispers heard everywhere
The flowers swayed in the autumn breeze
The green grasses would bear the Sun's
Rays that made the morning dew drops glisten
The birds are chirping, do you hear them
Singing the early morning melody
Flying happily, oblivious to the lens that pointed
At the beauty of the place that is so free
The crackling of the leaves and twigs
And the soothing effect of the ocean breeze
Makes the world that's so big and crazy
Seem so wonderful, so harmless I believe
The baby blue sky, the cotton candy clouds
The taste of the freshly plucked berries
The ground is warm, without a doubt, it is
As the blazing afternoon sun on my skin
The air gets colder, the sun starts to depart
Peeking over the horizon, just to say goodbye to me
You may think that my heart is filled
With sadness and fear, but no, it's happy
For soon the sky will be painted purple and midnight blue
The stars will twinkle and smile down at me
The moon is up and beautiful, it caresses
The ocean, and the waves shimmer brightly
The darkness overwhelms me, I start to sleep
In the happiness of knowing that tomorrow
The sun will rise, the deep red roses
Will blossom and in my ears the wind will echo
Again, and again, and again.
