Brynt paused, then a smile slowly spread across his coldly pale face.

"How would you communicate the information?"

"I'd make a friend."

Brynt chuckled. "A friend who, no doubt, could clear your records and assist any potential escape as well as be a messenger."

Marrick half-smiled. "Admittedly."

"So when are you planning on doing this, Greyson? If you want it to be soon, I could turn you in now. They don't have a visual for me."

"Yet."

"It will be a while before they do. But if you decde to wait too long before going in, you'll have to do it alone. I have an appointment in Russia in a few days."

"Have they agreed to the plan?"

"Everyone but the major countries."

"Interesting. Didn't you expect the opposite?"

"The larger ones have the more expansive governments, making the legal process more drawn-out and susceptible to refusal."

There was a pause.

"Well, Greyson, shall we?"

"Might as well," Marrick got to his feet.

"Oh, and Greyson, I know it's difficult for you, but act like you'd really rather be somewhere else. And if it's for no other reason, it would make them suspicious if you didn't."
