Come, Thou Fount of every blessing,
Tune my heart to sing Thy praise.
Streams of mercy, never ceasing;
This the song to Thee I raise.
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost, but now am found;
I bring my love to Thee.
The sands of time are sinking,
The dawn of Heaven breaks;
The summer morn I've sighed for
My sleeping soul, awakes.
Christ alone is the Cornerstone,
In Him I place my trust.
With Him I leave both burdens and cares,
And forsake my earthly lusts.
Like the woman at the well, I was seeking
For things that could not satisfy.
But then, I met my loving Savior.
My soul will ne'er again go dry.
Angels we have heard on high,
Singing sweetly o'er the plains.
And the mountains, in reply,
Help us sing the glorious strains.
Silent night, holy night,
All is calm, all is bright;
Round yon virgin, mother and child,
We sing praises to our Lord.
Each verse of this poem is actually adapted from christian hymns.(Come Thou Fount, Amazing Grace, The Sands of Time, Cornerstone, The Woman At the Well, Excelsious Deo, and Silent Night.) Hope you enjoyed it!

Wow, this is such beautiful poetry. I liked how you modified each last line perfectly to fit each song. I loved the first one best. :)
