White is Purity

White is Purity Like a soul just been baptized  Their little white gown Draped on godparent’s arms   White is Purity  As a ring is held out It’s diamond shining Like the smile on her face   White is Purity Up the aisle she walks Her gown white as snow And flowing, like a waterfall   White is Purity The bells are rung The Holy Eucharist is raised In a glow of white majesty   White is Purity As snowflakes float down And cover the earth In a blanket of white   White is Purity As the white crested mountains Reign high above the earth Amongst a mass of wispy clouds   White is Purity As a little dove flies Over a field filled with daisies And sweet edelweiss    White is Purity As the shells on the seashore The gulls cawing over them And as pearls in a clam   White is Purity As rays of sun cut through the clouds As St. Joseph’s Lily And as the stars in the Heavens

This is beautiful. I have no idea what some of the things you mentioned are, so I was guessing: Are you Catholic? This is really nice. I don't really have any other words to say, I think I ran out. :)

Goodbye? Oh no, please. Can’t we just go back to page one and start all over again?” – Winnie The Pooh

I liked this. My only criticism would be that you talked about a girl's life first--which was just great--and then you switched over to things (snow, clouds, flowers...etc), which was also great, but the change was rather abrupt. I might suggest building upon the girls life; maybe add some memories from her childhood, other than the baptism. :) Then maybe make a more gradual transition between the two.

Either way, great job! :D I hope you don't mind my suggestions.

Thank you!
