Dear Homeschooling Friends,
The picture above is of me on my last day of work at Thomas More College. I am standing in a flower bed in front of my beloved barn, in the same place where last year I interviewed students for a DVD we produced about the College. One of my professors snapped the picture. A world away now.
Since then floating down the river has been my job--literally and figuratively! Floating down the Charles River in our blue canoe (where the top and bottom pictures come) and going with the flow about my future. Snapping turtles and a book called What Color is Your Parachute? The murky water shot through with sunlight.
apricotpie has been growing steadily. Over 50 homeschoolers and homeschool graduates, age eight to adulthood, now grace the pages of the site. I think many more will join us in the coming months, and I hope to be there to guide us along and give apricotpie a proper direction.
In the meantime, enjoy the site!
Sincerely,
Ben Kniaz
