Doves exist as one of God's most beautiful creations to dot the sky. They show God as a master of art and design, revealing the perfect balance between meekness and strength. Because of this, we have them represent peace, love, and the Holy Spirit. To discover how to make my life enjoyable, I looked at this beautiful creature. I found that God could use this animal to show us how to fly.
Freedom exists as one of the main characteristics of this creature, as well as its love of life. the dove, a member of the pigeon family, can make itself happy anywhere from Yellowstone to New York City. Birds in general have flamed the envy of men and women, since it has the gift of flight. In gliding, the bird soars above all the cares, rush, and worry of the world. It is able to defeat its own physical limitations. David once lamented, "Oh that I had the wings of a dove! I would fly away and be at rest. I would flee far away and stay in the desert; I would hurry to my place of shelter, far from the tempest and storm." (Psalms 55: 6-8)
God can teach us a lot through the dove, and the way it loves life. We should never make our life more complicated than we have to. No matter how much we do, we should always fly. Birds can soar because their bones exist as lighter than most other animals. In the same way, freedom lives in simplicity. Release from material possessions gives one some of the best things of life. However a lot of people work forever trying to earn the end of the rainbow of life, rather than enjoying life now. Do you want to sit down in comfort, or do you want to fly?
