A great friend is someone who 

You can call when you have news 

And I completely see that friend 

Right in front of me-it's you

We've shared laughter so fun and light 

We've shared sorrow and all our gains

We've shared memories and swapped stories 

We've told each other of our greatest pains

You are the one whom I want to call 

When something is not quite right 

You are the friend who fully shines 

So wonderful and bright 

But we've had our share of obstacles 

And we've faced some together 

And for sure there will be more 

But we'll keep our bond forever 

There've been hard times between us 

And sometimes we may fight
