Mirror, mirror

Lay away the baby dolls;
Forget the fairy tales.
Their wondrous magic pales
When Venus starts her calls.

Remember just one thing
From the books of fairies;
Fair skin, lips like cherries,
And raven locks of beauty sing.

Mirror, mirror on the wall,
One last time tell to me
The secret of my beauty:
Will I be fair at all?
