So I went to camp a couple weeks ago. I wasn't too exited because for budget reasons they were combining Sr. and jr. camps into one week. And besides, I had read the schedule in advance and it looked like there would be hardly and freetime and besides I had heard dark foreboding stories of The camp director that I would be under. (not to mention that unless they worked it out otherwise soon I would end up with my own mother as my couselor)Anyway, I went as a SR. camper this year and braced myself for the worse. Well, it seemed that was about to happen. I ended up in the lodge with 27 girls and 3 counselors. I didn't know if my mom would end as one either. The first relif came when my mom came up to me and told me that she had the 11th graders in cabin 3. Then, it turned out that we had Wendy, one of the 'coolest' counselors ever in the lodge. Amanda, who I hadn't seen in 2 years was in the lodge with me and so were Shawnie and Katie, my two best friends from home. Elsa, a french exchange student staying with some friends of my family, was in an upstairs room along with heather, gloria and Naomi. Naomi was part of the host family that Elsa was staying with. By the way, France is my favorite country and I'm going to go there one of these days. Anyway, long story short (since I'm running out of time) Camp was a blast and I became a life coach for a bunch of different girls which was a new experiennce for me but I think I did ok at it.
