Miracles

Jesus calmed the storm
And sent away the rain
The clouds cleared off
And the sun shined again
He healed the blind beggar
He broke the hearts of stone
He raised a girl from the dead
And gathered those who where alone
He saved a soldiers servant
A friend from beneath a wave
He was perfect and then condemned
And for us His life He gave
He went away to heaven
And from there now watches on
And when we call for guidance
He says “Wait, I won’t be long.”

Good poem. "He was perfect and the condemned/And for us His life He gave". Yep, I like it. =)

~My God is mighty to save~

~All men were created equal, then some became Marines~

My favorite line was He broke the hearts of stone... It made me read the poem again to make sure I'd gleaned it fully. :)
