Dream On: Sky Screen Log 3

#3 December 31, 2020 11:10 p.m. I have been working late at night recently to upgrade the Dream Machine. I have made much money off of my design, but it is still flawed, for now. I have recently been working on making it perfect, so that no one will ever die in a coma again. Why the change of heart, you might ask? Well there isn’t one. I feel the same, I hate that everyone lives because of me, but my mother died. I hate life. I hate everyone. Still, I can’t turn down a bit of money. Or in this case, a lot. Millions, in fact.

o.o.c. this is what resulted of a conversation with Leinad Romethe. while reading, keep in mind that this is based off of a forum gaming ideal. any reference to 'gods' is fictional with the intent of being humorous. The five deities of Arpag sat at the Great Table. They were about to set forth a new world. The god Kenline spoke: "Friends, we do here set about a new world. We have decided to take turns creating species and tribes. "As it was I who initiated this, it shall be I who do create first character.

Dream On: Chapter 1

Chapter One: Dream Land Drames had always been curious as to how the Dream Land actually looked, but his unspoken fears overruled his curiosity. Now, he glances around and glimpses… nothing. There is nothing to be seen in front of him. There is nothing to be seen anywhere. Then, out of nothing, a light appears in the far reaches of the Dream Land. Drames squints his eyes, straining to see past the nothingness and into the light which steadily grew larger.

Nightmare

I had the first two lines of this written somewhere randomly, so I decided to something with it! I would love your thoughts. This is my first poem that doesn't rhyme.

Nightmare

Slipping, Falling
Plunging into ink

Darkness, Coldness
Smother and freeze

Dancing, Prancing
Images appear

Mocking, Cackling
Unsettlingly near

Grasping, Clinging
Hoping for dawn

Losing, Crying
Trying to hide

Brightening, Lightening
Gasping for Breath

Morning, Daytime
Dreamland survived

Rinsenar Pete; The Light Trilogy (chapter 1)

It was a highly blustrous day which is perfect for urban sailboarding.
Pete and J-Boy were at the local college campus doing just that.

Pete invented the sport. The sailboard is a board similar to a skateboard with a mast in the center.
The mast holds the sail used for steering. A second sail, similar to a parachute, is attached at several points on the board.
