Part I:
Dark is your heart.
Shadows of evil.
Consuming your mind, your soul.
Every moment, falling.
Dwelling in deepening darkness.
Death’s curse upon you.
Another day, another hour.
Never failing, never ending.
Once more watching you die.
Taken by evil.
Unaware of Satan’s hold.
The heart of sorrow.
Hell’s curse.
Bent upon you.
Stealing your soul.
Part II:
Lost soul.
Come back home.
Hear Heaven calling.
Overcome darkness.
Oh wandering child.
Dwell no more in torment.
Victorious rise from Hell.
Let Lucifer’s grasp be broken.
For grace conquers all.
Evil’s curse cannot withstand.
The light of love.
Come out and live again.

In this sinful world there is no such thing as "peace" unless someone strong enough is willing to protect and defend it. -Norm Bomer, God's World News

Whoa! That was, um,
Whoa! That was, um, interesting......no, really it was great. Wonderful wording--you used those certain words that I love. You know words like, soul, shadows of evil, dwell, sorrow, heaven, grace, all those words and more. Like it a lot.......

The poem was largely built around this line:
"Once more watching you die"
Which popped into my head as we were driving home one night. I was thinking about what I guess you could say is a difficult situation.
'Evil's curse cannot
'Evil's curse cannot withstand/the light of love' i love that part. absolutely nothing can stand in God's way, His love.
