Okay, for those few that were reading these stories, I'm sorry. I'm discontinuing them. Sea Eyes had no direction at all and Bridget's Adventures was having issues that I couldn't fix unless I started the whole thing over again, which I eventually might with a different name and different characters. If someone wants to take over either of these, please comment here and ask me.

oh dear
Well, I'm sorry you're not continuing...I liked them both. I couldn't see a "direction" in Sea Eyes either, but your descriptions were so good...and I was waiting (patiently) for you to demystify me about the flashbacks! I am glad you're continuing with Bridget's Adventures in the Towel Cupboard, though. And I really think you should return to the flashbacks eventually--there's so much to work with there.
I'm going to miss them
I'm going to miss them too! You have such a talent for describing things and putting your readers in the world that you have created. I'm glad you continuing with at least one of the stories though. Stay positive; keep writing; be happy!

Annabel: Maybe someday, when
Annabel: Maybe someday, when I'm better at this, I'll re-do the flashbacks. And if I don't, maybe I can 'demystify' you on what was happening. It was a lot darker than the rest of the story though, in case you hadn't noticed.
OFG: Thanks! I didn't realize the descriptions were so good.
I won't be continuing Sea Eyes unless some really major brainflash occurs, but I liked BAITTC and I want to finish it someday.

I did notice that the flashbacks were much more intense than the other part of the story--maybe so much so that they would be better as two different books. I think I liked them about equally, though, in different ways. As for "demystification"--could you? Really?
If I decide to leave them out
If I decide to leave them out of the story for good, yes. Absolutely. (Maybe I'll demystify myself in the process.)

Why do I never see when you
Why do I never see when you post things????!!! Well, poo about Sea Eyes. I know the feeling though, I've discontinued more stories than one can ever imagine! I'm glad that Bridget's Adventures is still going on, though.

I'm going to be
I'm going to be writing a four book series called "Story Eyes". The first book is "Fairy Eyes", the second, "Land Eyes", the third, "Elf Eyes, and, with your permission, Bridget, "Sea Eyes". I've even drawn some covers for the books already.
Oh for the times when I felt invincible.
...
Yeah, you have my permission. When/if I rewrite the story, I'll be using a different title, so go ahead.

I'm actually keeping
I'm actually keeping Bridget's Adventures, changing it a bit, and leaving out the flashbacks. Sorry about the inaccuracy.
