A Farewell to an Era

Dark and emotional
Loyal and blue
Screaming out truths
I'm devoted to you

Black and rebellious
Inspiring and true
Keeping my head up
I'm a part of the crew

Leather and metal
The rules we break through
You've given me hope
I don't want to redo

Reddish and papery
We've finally come to
Pick up the pieces
We now say adieu

Empty and lonesome
A light to look to
The tears come down quickly
Whisper "I miss you"

A highly emotional Kat embarks on a poem-writing spree while listening to Fake Your Death. Haha fun.

Goodbye? Oh no, please. Can’t we just go back to page one and start all over again?” – Winnie The Pooh

You are, like, the Queen of teenage rebellion poetry. I absolutely love it. You're soooo good at this and it's encouraging, you know. Your poems are something I'd go read before staking a protest or something. :D haha! I love it! Keep it up and pleasepleaseplease keep posting!
