So I'm currently reading through the Psalms, and their musicality always brings delight. When reading Psalm 19, the rhythm seemed particularly poetic to me, and then I read verses 9 and 11, which almost rhyme:

The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

So anyway, it inspired me enough to rearrange the passage into a rhyming poem (while keeping the original wording as close as possible). As you can see, the above verses were left as is & were simply rearranged into stanzas.

The soul is revived.
The testimony of the LORD is sure:
The simple made wise.

The statutes of the LORD are right,
Giving joy to the heart;
The commandment of the LORD is pure:
To the eyes, giving light.

The fear of the LORD is clean,
Enduring forever,
The judgments of the LORD are true
And righteous altogether.

More to be desired are they than gold,
Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

Moreover by them is Thy servant warned,
And in keeping of them there is great reward.

Who understands his own mistakes?
I pray my secret faults You take.

Keep back Thy servant also from presumptuous sin;
Let them not, over me, have dominion.

Then shall I be upright and innocent;
Of the great transgression, I shall be acquit.

May the words of my mouth
And my heart's meditation
Be acceptable to You,
My Strength and Salvation.
