Ambience

Ambience and lights that flicker
Offer a glance to a world much dimmer
A world though lightless still shines on
A lightless hope for the hopeless one
Find solace in the multitude
And friendship in the void
Silence in an outcry
Clamor in the abyss
Loss where there is plenty
Gain where there is none
A paradox in that it's not
Making sense where nothing should
And visions of a future past
Show insights of pasts yet to come

Lovely and deep! I always expect great things from you and your poetry, and I’m never disappointed. :)

I don’t thrive off of chaos: chaos thrives off of me.
