When Boredom Strikes...

When boredom strikes
There's not much else to do
I mean, cleaning is boring
As is shopping for shoes
And forget about math-
I'm allergic to learning!
Yet nothing can stop
This internal yearning...
I'll sit at my desk
And roll both my eyes
As I kick up my feet
And put on the disguise
Of a whole 'nother character
New time and new place
All while escaping
This boring space
But too soon indeed
Some questions come in
Who is this neighbor
And where has she been?
Who on earth is Sean and
Why is he singing?
My head is spinning,
My ears are ringing!
Where did these people
Findpaintball guns?
And I don't know if I can take
All these terrible puns!
This horrible mess
This horrific addiction!
Indeed, I was reading
Some well-written fiction.

This is my life. I mean, I start off a story completely nuetral about a character and by the last chapter I have a miniature crush on said character. Help...me... *rolls over* *dies*

Haha! Your wording is good, and the rhyming isn't over the top. This was fun to read, a nice change!
