I lost my dreams to an astronaut
The supposed killer of my first true love
I gave my heart to a runaway
I lost my dreams to an astronaut
I blindly followed an astronaut
I wanted to know my first true love
I sold my soul to a man with no name
I blindly followed an astronaut
I know who's behind the astronaut
Who would have stolen my first true love
I stole the secret of a daydreamer
I know who's behind the astronaut
I broke my heart on an astronaut
I held the calloused hand of my first true love
I love all of him, including his mistakes
I broke my heart on an astronaut
I apologise if my poems don't make a lot of sense...it's just how I write sometimes!

That was really interesting.
That was really interesting. I don't really know what to think. I mean that in a good way though!!! Great job.

I'm trying to figure this
I'm trying to figure this out...
I sold my soul to a man with no name
Makes it sound like she (?) made up someone in her mind that she could love. And it sounds like the person is the astronaut.
The way you used astronaut, after reading this poem several times, I lost a sense of what it actually meant. (you know...space-person...haha). That was really awesome.
Anyway, I love this. One of the best poems I've read in a while.
Edit: Sorry for the edits! LOL! You probably have, like, THREE notices for this in your inbox. :P
