Thy Saving Mercy

Tears trickling down mine face
Staining mine cheeks with red
I seek imploringly for Thy grace
Thy saving hands, Thy steadfast hold
Were stained with the same pain
Thy hand reaches and takes my soul

Pain piercing mine heart
With sharp agony and dread
I plead for Thy mercy to impart
Thy saving side, Thy cleansing blood
Were pierced with the same grief
Thy Mercy over me floods
