The World Falls Down

You miss a step
And fall back down,
You miss a step
And touch the ground.
You miss a step
And put at stake
All the world
For beauty’s sake.

You miss a step
And try to rise
But cannot find a hold.

You miss a step
And burn your hands
Reaching in the cold.

You miss a step
And slide three back
Into the endless dark

You miss a step
And try to rise
But the clouds have left their mark.

You miss a step
And cry in fear,
You miss a step
But no one hears,
You miss a step
And come back round-
You miss a step
And the world
falls
down.

I really like the repetition in this. The rhythm is a little broken, but I like it that way. And I like the ending; it finished the poem off really well. It's really true. Great job on this :)

Goodbye? Oh no, please. Can’t we just go back to page one and start all over again?” – Winnie The Pooh

This reminds me of London Bridge is Falling Down.
Some parts the rhythm is off, and I don't quite understand what this is about, but I enjoyed reading it!
