Let us close our eyes and knit our eyelashes upon each other
Making out faint, white light
Between the dreams underneath this cover

Let us imagine a different season
Where the snow is warm
And the night brings reason
Instead of storm

Let us dream of different faces
Scintillating with kindness and mirth
As if they were born under heaven's graces
And shake with the boldness of eternal worth

Let us capture a sky
Full of colors which have never been
Never witnessed by corporeal eye
And intertwined in the garments of Him

Let us draw amongst our minds
Horizons that lace the heavens
Air so sweet and pure in shine
We cannot help but fall underneath its shedding

Now let us close our eyes and fall to sleep
For the morning comes full and bright
And we still have promises to keep
Before the dawn reverberates with light
